Bill Deng, Co-founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Deng is well-recognized as one of the tooling gurus in China and also a thought-leader and pioneer in manufacturing informationization. Prior to founding IMG, Mr. Deng had served Konka Group – a China home appliance giant – as General Manager of Tooling Unit and several senior management positions. Mr. Deng is vice-president of Guangdong Mould & Die Industry Association. He received B.S. from Huazhong University of Science & Technology and Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from Zhejiang University. |

Carl Tian, Ph.D., Co-founder, Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Tian is well-known in manufacturing informationization practice in China. He participated in dozens of manufacturing informationization research programs in “China National 863 Scheme” - a nation Hi-Tech Scheme sponsored by China government. He led the 863/CIMS application in Konka Group – the largest TV manufacturing in China. Prior to founding IMG, Dr. Tian had served Konka Group as Chief Engineer in Tooling Unit. He received B.S. from Jilin University of Technology, Master degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University. He is also an expert advisor for Shenzhen government. |

Michael Luo, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Luo assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of IMG in December 2008. Prior to joining IMG, Mr. Luo was General Manager of MFG.cn and BD Director of MFG.com-Asia Pacific. He was Operation General Manager & CIO in AsiaEC.com (OfficeDepot China now) and Consultant in McKinsey & Company. Mr. Luo also served P&G and GE Medical in several managerial positions. He received Bi-degree from Guanghua School of Management and Law School in Peking University, and Executive M.B.A. from Carlson School of Management in University of Minnesota.

Huazhong Yu, Finance Director
Mr. Yu has been Finance Director
of IMG since March 2008. Prior to joining IMG, severed as
Financial Controller in Foshan Zhongnan Power Genernating
Machine Co,. Ltd. Severed as Deputy Director of Financial
Centre in GuangDong Zhigao Holdings Limited, meanwhile, as
Secretary of the Board and Management Commission member in
Zhigao Group. He severed GuangDong Midea Refrigerating Household
Electrical Appliances Group, as Secretary of Audit and Inspection
Department, Chigo Group as Executive Director and Steering
Team member. Mr. Yu is a qualified member of CICPA and registered
Lawyer in China. He received Bi-degree in Management and Law
from Hunan University. |

Tony Yang, Operations Director
Mr. Yang has been Operation Director and General Manager of i-Tooling Co. Ltd. since July 2008. He is a manufacturing veteran with 20-yr tooling design & manufacturing experiences. Prior to joining IMG, Mr. Yang served FCI-Areva Group as Engineering Manager in Daya Bay Nuclear Power Station. He also served Konka Group Tooling Unit in all-round responsibilities as Deputy GM, Chief Engineer, Plant Manager, Marketing Manager, Project Manager and Tooling Design Engineer. He received B.S. from Southeast University and hold Project Management diploma from Tsinghua University.

James Qiu, Marketing Director
Mr. Qiu has been Marketing head of IMG and the subsidiaries since June 2006. Prior to joining IMG, he had gained nearly 20 years experiences in general management, sales and marketing, project management, engineering design and process re-engineering in several tooling and molding companies. Mr. Qiu is an expert member in Shenzhen Management Science Association. He received Master degree and B.S. from China University of Mining & Technology.

Junjian.Li, Ph.D., Director of Automotives Division
Dr. Li assumed the role of Automotives Division in IMG since August 2006. Prior to joining IMG, Dr. Li severed Progressive Mould Products Co. (Canada) – Tier 1 automotive parts supplier in North America – as Project Diretor. Since 1996, Dr. Li has gained all-around experiences in North American automotive industry as Engineering & Development Specialist for interior products. He holds the Professional Engineer (#100011505) Certification, Ontario, Canada. He received B.S. from Xi’an University of Technology, Master degree from Taiyuan University of Technology and Doctor degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Northumbria at New Castle, UK. |
